Thank you to everyone for your last-minute suggestions on our last update- I'm so excited to reveal the final list of names for the game with 7 days to go!!!

(The only 2 that are missing names are the Ultimate Unicorns that are tier rewards, which will be the last 2 to be done upon completion of the project)

We have been working behind the scenes to start finishing some of the cards we started on the live drawings, and now that every card is named, we are ready to kick that up about a hundred notches.

I hope you like the final list of card names, because it was a massive team effort to bring this all together.  It's easy to get wrapped up in the details, but I want everyone to just take a step back and think about the fact that we have literally thousands of people around the world that have been working together to give their best suggestions and support each other.  There are so many people's ideas represented here, and even though not every single backer has a card in the game, there is something so powerful about knowing that this was a coordinated community effort that was driven by incredibly passionate people.

I feel dumb saying this, but I got a little bit emotional while writing this update. This project has been a dream for me for a long time now, and I had no idea what to expect when I launched it a few weeks ago. I asked all of our backers to work with me to create an entire game from scratch, and I asked my team to work so hard to make it a reality.  I feel like what you gave me in response to my call for your help was more than I imagined was possible. My goal has always been to create things that help people develop meaningful connections, and this project has been the epitome of that.

Hello everyone!

Tonight's update is short, and I need your assistance!  We have been making so much progress, and tomorrow I'll be revealing the names of a bunch of cards we've selected.  

There are 6 specific cards left that don't have names selected at this point!

It feels bittersweet to be making the final selections, and it's been an amazing process working with all of you to make this project a reality thus far!! :D

Please give your suggestions for these in the comments below (or on the main campaign page, if you feel so inclined).

Magical Unicorn 22- When this card enters your Stable, you may move a Downgrade card from your Stable to any other player's Stable

Upgrade Card 4- If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn, you may DISCARD 2 cards. If you do, SACRIFICE or DESTROY a card.

Upgrade Card 10- When this card enters your Stable, name a type of card. If this card is in your Stable at the beginning of your turn, you may bring a card of that type from the discard pile directly into your Stable, then immediately end your turn.

Magic Card 6- DRAW a card. If it's an Upgrade, Downgrade, or Unicorn card, bring that card directly into your Stable, then DRAW another card.

Magic Card 11- STEAL an Upgrade or Downgrade card.

Magic Card 17- DISCARD a card, then search the discard pile for 2 cards and add them to your hand.

New SHINY box photos, tiers, social goals, artwork...It's a good day :D

I'm so excited to show official photos of our box samples, complete with shiny gold printing, magnetic closure, and the perfect amount of space for sleeved cards!!  Our timelines are right on track so far, and we're doing everything we can to keep it that way!

I also wanted to give an update about tiers!  We've gotten some requests in the comments for tiers with the base game and some of the other add-ons included. While we don't want to go crazy with TOO many tiers this time around, we decided to add a handful of extra options to fill some of those requests. As of today, you have three shiny new pledge tiers to choose from!

If you've already pledged for a different tier and want to back one of these new tiers instead, you can do that at any time before campaign ends by clicking the "Manage your pledge" button on the main page of this project.

Of course, if you don't see exactly the combination you want in the tiers, you can go with an a la carte option with all the add-ons in BackerKit!

Some eagle-eyed backers may also have noticed that all of the current pledge tiers from $49 and up now have backer limits.

In order to make sure that we're not over-stretching ourselves, I've decided to cap the $49 and up March delivery tiers. We will ship the packages out as quickly as we can, but we want to make sure we aren't overpromising and underdelivering!  If you haven't backed yet, be sure to grab one of the last March reward tiers. Once they're gone, we'll close them out and replace them with tiers promising delivery in April of 2019 instead :)

Poll results, Backercorns, and $1M!!!! (AHHH!!!!!!!!)

Well, because I'm absent-minded AF.  I had looked at the to-date results a couple of days ago and started picking out some options of cards that I thought could work as Magical Unicorns out of the ones that weren't currently in the lead, and then I forgot I had done that and actually posted them.  The good news is that the results of those have not changed, so they can keep their spots as Magical Unicorns now.  Sorry for the confusion!!

Tomorrow, I will be hosting a livestream where I'll draw (at least one of the) new Ultimate Unicorns (but hopefully 3).

I don't even know what to say. I feel like I've been so engulfed in the comments and suggestions and live drawings and updates, I haven't stopped to actually look at the reality of this project. This is insanity.  Thank you so much.  Really.

This wouldn't have been possible without your support and commitment. I knew I was asking for a lot when I launched this project, and I couldn't be more grateful for what you've given me.  

I will have so much to update for you next week, and I appreciate your patience as I get myself organized. Here's what you can expect next week:
